It won't connect

• Check that your internet works without the VPN.
• Try another location from the list under the big circle.
• Force-close the app and open it again.
• The first time, iOS asks to add a VPN configuration. Tap Allow, or the VPN can't start.

The ping looks high

The number next to a location is the time to reach that server from where you are, measured outside the VPN. Pick a location closer to you, or use "Fastest".

Subscription and ads

• Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BiliBoba VPN.
• Bought it but still see ads: open the app, go to Settings → Plan → Manage, then tap Restore.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

"This device has been blocked"

Devices that abuse the service are blocked to protect everyone else. If you think this is a mistake, email us and describe what you were doing.
