Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and BiliBoba VPN ("we", "us") about your use of our iPhone app and our servers (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.

1. The Service

BiliBoba VPN routes your device's internet traffic through our servers. It is free to use with ads. An optional paid subscription removes the ads. We work hard to keep the Service fast and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or reachable from every network or country.

2. Who can use it

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16 years old. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

3. Your device is your account

The Service identifies your iPhone with a random device identifier and Apple's device verification instead of a username and password. Don't try to copy, extract, share or resell the connection settings the app receives; they are issued to one device for a limited time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law, or help anyone else to;
• send spam, run scans, attack or overload any system, or distribute malware;
• harm, harass or exploit others, including any content that sexually exploits minors;
• infringe other people's rights, such as copyright;
• interfere with the Service, try to bypass its limits or protections, or use automated means to create devices or connections.

We may limit, suspend or block any device that breaks these rules or puts the Service or other users at risk, without notice where reasonable.

5. Subscription

• The ad-free subscription is sold through the Apple App Store and renews automatically every month until cancelled.
• The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep the ad-free time you've already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

6. Promotions

From time to time we may offer a free period, such as a one-time week without ads. Each device can use such an offer once. We may change or end promotions at any time.

7. Ads

The free version shows ads provided by third parties. We aren't responsible for the products or content of advertisers.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, add or remove features, locations or servers, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

9. Disclaimer

A VPN helps protect your traffic on untrusted networks and can change the location websites see. It doesn't make you anonymous or invulnerable, and it doesn't excuse unlawful behavior. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or, if you only used the free version, to zero.

11. Ending

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscription in your Apple settings. We may end or suspend the Service or your access as described above.
